I have enough room for two horses in a huge paddock with a nice shelter. The trails to ride are beautiful and connect to our property. You do not have to trailer anywhere to ride on beautiful trails. Many of my friends trailer here and cannot believe these trails are in my backyard. I am so very blessed and I would love to share it with some new boarders. I'm thinking of purchasing a 2012 Duramax diesel ext. cab 4x4. However, I have been researching the mpg., and it sounds like it is not what is supposed to be. Does anyone own a newer duramax, what kind of fuel miles per gallon do you get? Highway or city? Towing? Any help would be appreciated. I'm now thinking of getting a gas 2500HD.

I have a friend that had 350 fords, they haul very heavy equipment all over the U.S. they switched over to the 2012 duramax, better gas better hauling. Good Luck

I am looking for a horse trailer. My list of needs are: Gooseneck, NO RAMP!, All aluminum, slant load,Walk thru door from front to horse area, possibly accept a 2 horse but 3 horse preferred. Awning, Ac, propane tanks and ammenities in LQ would be a plus.I plan on rustic camping so don't want to pay for " FANCY" if I don't need it. I do not want one that is over 24 feet long total length. The final campfire has another good one tonight for the first time; Marilyn Marsh. Wife of Ernie Marsh. Many of us saw her at workbees with Ernie and Katherine. Few of us saw him with Katherine riding the cross state - he is a early riser. Marilyn must have been something to capture that noble knights heart. Tonight she is with Bob Brogman, Ilma Flannery, and so many others. Though she was a lost soul for the end of the story here on earth, I know she is waiting for her husband to someday join her at the final campfire. Godspeed dear lady. Ernie, our hearts are with you.
