We make sails in white and tanbark and in both Gaff Rig and Marconi styles.    The White and Tanbark sails are made of 5.5 oz. Dacron. All sails include leech cords on both main and jib, telltales, battens, and bag.

SHROUDS (Stays)

These shrouds are made of the highest quality 5/32" 7x19 stainless steel.  The loops are Nicopressed on one end with tan UV protected surgical tubing over the wire in the loop to keep the wire from biting the mast.  They are supplied extra long for ease of fitting.  I am using a set on my boat and they are great.  They are made by the largest  sailboat rigger in Detroit.   They are available for both Marconi and Gaff rigs.

These beautiful polished bronze turnbuckles eliminate the need to solder the stays into the turnbuckles (a tricky job). Order the turnbuckles only, set of 3 turnbuckles, $225.00. Or order the 5/32" 7x19 stainles steel wire, 3 extra length pieces - $75.00. Or order the wire machine swaged to the turnbuckles, set of 3, $300.00 plus $8.00 s&h.

If you're going for an authentic period look, by all means go with bronze turnbuckles. However, if cost is a factor consider these at nearly HALF the price! All three turnbuckles for $125.00 plus $10.00 s&h. If you can't have them swaged locally, return your stays cut to length and we will swage the turnbuckles onto the stays. You pay postage only.
